Information You Send
Search Entries
When a page offers a search tool, a name, location, or other query typed into that tool is passed to the third-party provider that operates the search service. Warren County Busted Mugshots does not store or maintain a search log for those terms on its own systems. The provider may apply its own privacy notice and terms once the request reaches its service.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email or message sent to the service may include the sender’s address, name, and the details needed to answer. Those messages are retained as needed to respond, keep a correspondence record, or handle a request. They are not shared outside the operating organization unless disclosure is required by law or a valid legal process.
Technical Data from a Visit
Like most public web pages, the Warren County pages may receive routine technical information when a browser loads a document. This can include:
- Internet Protocol address
- Browser name and version
- Device category and operating system
- Pages viewed and the time spent on each page
- The referring page, when a browser supplies one
- Request date and time stamps
Cookies and Similar Tools
Cookies or related storage may help measure how visitors use the pages and remember limited technical preferences. A browser can block or delete cookies. Some functions, including partner search tools or measurements, may work differently when those files are refused.
Why Information Is Used
Information is used for ordinary operation and maintenance of the service, not to create an official Warren County record. Depending on the feature involved, it may be used to:
- Keep pages available, readable, and responsive.
- Send a submitted query to the search partner selected for that tool.
- Understand which pages help visitors find official Warren, McDuffie, court, or GDC sources.
- Spot broken links, errors, abuse, and other technical problems.
- Display advertising that may be selected using general visit or interest signals.
Links Beyond These Pages
The records material links to official systems such as the Warren County Sheriff's Office, the McDuffie InterOp jail views, Warren courts, GDC, BOP, and ICE. It can also point to a third-party search provider or a secondary news or records resource. Once a visitor leaves for one of those services, that service’s own privacy policy controls its collection and use of information.
Some advertising partners can use cookies or similar tools to recognize activity across different websites and select targeted advertising on their own systems. Those practices are controlled by the partner, not by the Warren County pages.
Possible Recipients
Personal information is not sold by Warren County Busted Mugshots. It may nevertheless be received by the following parties when a feature calls for it or a lawful disclosure applies:
- The search partner that processes a query submitted through its tool.
- Analytics providers that measure page use and site performance.
- Advertising networks and their service providers.
- Law-enforcement or other government bodies when a valid subpoena, court order, warrant, or other lawful demand requires disclosure.
Security Is a Best Effort
Reasonable safeguards and ordinary security practices are used for information handled by the service. No internet-connected system, email channel, or storage method is completely secure. Warren County Busted Mugshots therefore cannot promise that information will never be accessed, altered, lost, or exposed.
Visitors Under 18
The service is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a parent, guardian, or minor believes information was submitted by a person under 18, a deletion request may be sent through the Contact Us page with enough detail to locate the submission.
Your Privacy Choices
Subject to applicable law and reasonable identity checks, a visitor may ask about information held by the service. Available requests can include:
- A copy of personal information maintained about the requester.
- Correction of information that is inaccurate in the service’s own records.
- Deletion of information when there is no legal or operational reason to retain it.
- Opting out of certain analytics, advertising, or other processing where that choice is offered.
These choices do not control information held by the Warren Sheriff, Warrenton Police, McDuffie County, Georgia courts, GDC, or another linked provider. Requests about those records must go to the originating custodian.

This notice may be revised as the service, vendors, or legal requirements change. A revised version will be posted here and will show a new effective date. Continued use of the pages after an update means the revised practices apply from that date forward.
Effective date: August 17, 2026.
