Warren County Busted Mugshots is a private reference service, not a government office. It cannot confirm a person’s custody status, release anyone, post bond, or retrieve an official booking record. The responsible agency, jail, court, or corrections department must answer those questions.
Choose the Right Warren Contact
Warren County records can be split between the agency that made the arrest and the McDuffie facility that houses the person. Use the arresting agency for an incident or warrant-service record. Use McDuffie for a jail booking sheet, custody detail, release information, or a photograph that it maintains and can lawfully release. A narrow written request should name the person, arrest date, agency, case or booking number if known, and the exact record sought.

Ask about the court’s warrant, first-appearance, bond, and filing procedures.
Warren County does not publish a full jail roster of its own, and the Sheriff’s page does not post a dedicated local records form, photo fee, or records-unit hours. The McDuffie portal serves several agencies, so check the arresting-agency and case fields before treating an entry as a Warren record.
For a practical route, start with the county-wide booking and records search. It explains the difference between current custody, a recent booking, a known arrest date, a court case, and state or federal custody.
Where to Look for Each Record
These offices and official systems cover different stages. A result missing from one channel may simply belong to another custodian.
- Current or very recent local custody: use McDuffie’s Current Inmates, 24 Hours Arrests, and Inmates by Arrest Date views. The cards may show an image area, but photos are not guaranteed.
- Warren Sheriff or Warrenton arrest records: send a focused request to the responsible agency above. For a Warrenton incident, the City Clerk is the city’s open-records route; the jail record may still come from McDuffie.
- Warrant, first appearance, bond, or final disposition: use the Warren Probate and Magistrate Court for warrant and initial-appearance questions, and the Warren Clerk for court-record access. A booking entry is not a final case result.
- State-sentenced custody: search the Georgia Department of Corrections Find an Offender service. GDC is a state-offender system, not a Warren recent-arrest roster. Its Open Records page is the formal request route.
- Custody notifications: Georgia VINE can provide status information and alerts by phone, web, or app. It is not a booking-photo or court-disposition service.
- Federal custody: use the Federal Bureau of Prisons locator if a person is in federal prison or custody. The BOP locator does not provide a local booking-photo archive.
- Immigration detention: use the ICE Online Detainee Locator System when a matter is in civil immigration custody. ICE and BOP results are separate from Warren and McDuffie criminal booking records.
